BUDA has again secured bids to all three divisions (Open, Women's, and
Mixed) of the UPA Youth Club Championships to be held August 9th & 10th at
the National Sports Center in Blaine, Minnesota. We are encouraging any and
all high school players in New England who are eligible to try out for one
or more of this year's teams. Also this year, the three teams will be
holding tryouts at one central location in an effort to increase
collaboration between coaches and players in all three divisions.

All players must meet the following requirements to tryout:

- Will be 18 or under on June 1st, 2008
- Have played for a high school team in New England during one of the last
two seasons
- Are current UPA members with medical authorization and liability waivers
on file

The main tryout will happen on Saturday, June 14th (location TBD in the next
week or so, but it will most likely be in Amherst, MA) and will feature
three sessions; open, women's, and mixed. Players will be able to attend
tryouts for any team they are interested in and are encouraged to compete
for the whole day and get feel for the different options available. The
Mixed team will also have a preliminary tryout the weekend before (June
7th), more details about that event will be available shortly.

Interested players should go to the BUDA website and fill out a player
application at:

We look forward to meeting you all on the field!

2008 BUDA YCC Coaches:
Josh Seamon (Mixed)
Beth Nakamura (Women's)
