[Neultimate] Youth Club Champs 2008: Tryout Information

Hello everyone,

Tryouts for all three BUDA YCC teams will run from *9am to 3:30pm on
Saturday, 6/14 at Groff Park in Amherst, MA*. Directions to the fields can

Open and Girls team tryouts will run from 9am to 12:00pm and Mixed team
tryouts will run from 12:30 to 3:30pm.

*In order to tryout all players must:*
1) Fill out the BUDA YCC player application that is online right
here<http://www.buda.org/joomla/component/option,com_fabrik/Itemid,739/>

2) Bring a filled out UPA Medical Authorization
Form<http://upa.org/files/Medical_Authorization_Form_V1.5.pdf>,
listing "BUDA Staff" as the event chaperone.
3) Bring a filled out UPA Liability
Waiver<http://upa.org/files/2008Waiver.pdf>.
(Yes, you must bring one even if you already have one on file with the UPA.)
4) If you are *NOT *current with your UPA dues, bring a $20 check made out
to the UPA.

*Stuff you should bring to tryouts:*
1) A dark and a light shirt/jersey
2) Water bottle
3) Lunch
4) Everything else you need for a full day of Ultimate.
