[Neultimate] NEPSUL Tournament May 13

Hi! 

I am sending this list out to the group in case there are teams that are
interested in attending the tournament, but have yet to send in their
information to Mark Yates at NMH. 

For those of you that are planning on attending the tournament, it is
now on the UPA list of sanctioned tournaments. 

Please have the coordinator for the sanctioning paperwork for your team
do the following at their earliest convenience, and before the deadline
of Friday April 27. (Note that you will need to have a list of players
with their UPA ID numbers and their email addresses to put into the
roster form): 

1. Log on to the UPA site: https://www.upa.org/members/login.php

2. On the membership home page, click on "Online rostering" 

3. Click on "create a new rosters" or "Teams" depending on whether or
not you already have an online roster. Note: once you create a roster,
you can transfer it to other events. 

4. On the Roster Creation page, read the information, and click
"continue with roster creation" 

5. On the "Select Event Type Page" click on Sanctioned Event

6. On the Sanctioned Events page, find "2007S NEPSUL Championship"
(towards the bottom, look for the date).  

7. Follow directions from here. Once you submit the roster, it will tell
you which players still need to send in waiver forms, or haven't paid
yet for this year, etc... 

8. Once you have a complete roster, you can submit it to the UPA. Please
send me an email to let me know that you have done this.  

If you have players who wish to pay the "one time" event fee the day of
the tournament, please have them use the attached form. You must send
all of these in, with payment, by the sanctioning deadline of Friday,
April 27.

Coaches need to submit Chaperone forms by the deadline of Friday, April
27 as well. 

Please let me know the names and UPA id numbers of the players who are
joining the UPA for the first time to come and play at the tournament -
we will get some money back from the UPA! 

Day of the Tournament: 

The team needs to have Medical Authorization forms for every player on
hand. 

Any teams that have players that have paid the one time event fee need
to submit a list of these players, with copies of completed Event Fee
and Waiver form, to the Tournament director.
