UPA Uniform Requirements FAQ

Did you know that the Ultimate Players Association requires that all players
participating in the UPA High School Championships and the Youth Club
Championships must wear jerseys of identical color and design, and that you
must have two jerseys of distinctly different color as well as all be
wearing shorts of the same color?

To help make the often complicated task of ordering team jerseys more
simple, we'd outlined the order process to help simplify the task for your
team contacts, coaches or parents.

1. Visit VC's website at www.vcultimate.com Take a look at the different
jersey styles that we offer.  We are happy to send you information and
quotes on more than one uniform option.

2. Contact VC

Email us at info at vcultimate.com or call us toll free at 1-866-844-2511 with
any questions you may have about our jerseys, shorts, screen printing and
order process, or about VC in general.

            OR

Email/call us with the details of your potential order and we will email/fax
you a quote(s) for the uniform order that you describe.

3. Ready to Order

When you are ready to place your order, you can either email, call or fax us
with the following information:

- Contact name, email and phone number

- School/team name

- Shipping address (if known already)

- Jersey style(s), material (QuickDry or CoolMax), color scheme

- Sizes required, by gender if applicable

- Player numbers for each jersey (if required)

- Design info, including art file, logo placement and size, and colors

4. Artwork/Logo Help

If you only have a rough draft of a logo or a design on paper, don't worry…
maybe we can help.  We prefer that art is submitted in Adobe Illustrator,
but send us what you have and we will try out best to get your design in to
a printable format.  The first hour of design work is free, and that's
usually all it takes.

5. Payment

VC accepts school purchase orders, cheques and money orders, or Visa and
MasterCard.  If you are planning to use a school purchase order, please send
us a copy when you submit your order so that we can start right away.  If
you plan on paying by check or credit card, we require a 40% deposit within
the first week to keep production going, and the balance will be due upon
shipping.

6. Order Timeline

Custom orders take 3-4 weeks to manufacture, plus an additional week if you
require printing.  If you have a specific event that you are hoping to have
your uniforms for, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your
deadline.
