Hello Ultimate People,

           Team Gobi from Rutland VT is in the process of setting up a
Halloween Tournament.

    Date: The 28th of september
Let me know how that date sounds to you guys, if it's to late in the
season, and so on.
    Location: not yet decided but it will be in Rutland VT
    Theme: Saving the world!!!
We picked a broad theme so many teams wouldn't choose the same
costumes. There will be a prize awarded to the team with the best
costumes. Also, since we chose saving the world as our theme we are
going to donate some of our tourny's proceeds (if we have any) and
actually save the world.
    Price: not yet decided, but it will be soon.

Idealy we want to set up a girls team bracket and an open bracket for
coed and guys teams. If we get enough teams we will split it up into
three brackets, girls, boys and mixed. I think we will get a turn out
big enough for two brackets but we shall see. We can provide housing
for any teams coming a distance. Give me feedback on what you guys
think about the date and such. One last thing, Josh and Tiina, I don't
have that many team contacts, and I know you guys definitally do, so
if you could e-mail me the contacts or pass on this info to as many
teams as you can that would be awesome. Hope to hear back from you
all.
